    Yoga and Wellbeing

A guided vinyasa-flow class with Blanca. This class begins with a gentle introduction, typically including some breathing exercises and/or relaxation. We then move on to a physical warm up involving yoga postures, movements and stretches. This is followed by some gentle floor poses. We close the class with relaxation, and a review of a topic related to yoga, health and wellbeing (Facebook).

We will be practising in room GS201 (map).

What to wear
Wear clothes that you feel comfortable in but which are not too loose.

Mats & props
We have access to mats, blocks, bolsters and straps. You are also welcome to bring your own mat.
