Booking Night

Swinburne University Snow Squad (SUSS)

Booking night for trips is on Wednesday 17th April 2024 @ 7pm at The Junction next to Glenferrie Station, so come down and secure your spot on one of our trips

All trips are sure to sell out on the night so make sure you can get there!

Please see below some critical info for the night:
- You must be a SUSS member to attend booking night and we’ll be checking membership at the door
- Trips are open to students and non-students as long as you are a SUSS member
- One sign up per person in line, so if you can’t make it on the night and you send a friend in your place, ensure they aren't also going on our trips
- Full refunds are available on trips for cancellations with more than one week’s notice or due to covid
- A $100 deposit is required on the night to secure your place on any of our trips. Second instalment due 30th April, Third instalment due 31st May & Final Instalment due 14th June (VIC IV's Only)
