Swinburne Aerospace and Space Society

If you're interested in space, aerospace or high-powered rocketry then this is the club for you! We build rockets, go to industry events, run space/aerospace events and keep you connected with space news within the university and Australia

The Swinburne Aerospace and Space Society aims to build a rocket capable of reaching 10,000 ft, are you up for the challenge?
We are also heavily involved in the space community and are strongly affiliated with the Swinburne space office.

As part of our club you could be working on projects as wide-ranging as a RADAR tracking system to developing your own rocket propulsion engine. We encourage creativity and are open to any new projects you suggest. We also provide help to students who only want to produce a small hot-glue built rocket, they still go high! We also go to space/aerospace networking events and we encourage links to the industry, we also offer projects which allow for course credit and potential internships.

If any of this interests you and you are a space enthusiast then stay tuned for emails, we look forward to seeing you there.
