Iyengar-style class, including some poses with partners. This will be followed by an optional 10-15 minute guided relaxation.

We will warm up with 4-6 sun salutations; the final 2 combined with standing poses. This is followed with restful floor poses using bolsters and blocks. The remainder of class is devoted to a variety of different sequences, and can involve gentle hip stretches, partner work, and balancing.
This will be followed by an optional 10-15 minute guided relaxation (Facebook).
We will be practising in room GS201 (map).
What to wear
Wear clothes that you feel comfortable in but which are not too loose.
Mats & props
We have access to mats, blocks, bolsters and straps. You are also welcome to bring your own mat.
