Vinyasa-flow class with Blanca, followed by myofascial release. This class begins with 60 minutes of vinyasa-flow practise. Following some gentle floor poses, we move into a sequence of myofascial release for 10-15 minutes.

Myofascial release techniques are performed using sustained, direct pressure on areas of the body which influence the alignment of the fascia or connective tissue. This typically involves lying on the floor with tennis balls or foam blocks (Facebook).

We will be practising in room GS201 (map).

What to wear
Wear clothes that you feel comfortable in but which are not too loose.

Mats & props
We have access to mats, blocks, bolsters and straps. You are also welcome to bring your own mat.
