This is the mental health week charity shoot. All money raised will be donated to headspace, the national youth mental health foundation. $15 per person to attend, plus other donations!

One in five Australians aged 16-85 experience a mental illness in any year, yet many don’t seek help because of stigma. Australian youth (16-24 years old) have the highest prevalence of mental illness than any other age group.

World Mental Health Day and Mental Health Week have been set up by mental health organisations to raise awareness of mental health education and to reduce the stigma around seeking help and support.

The Swinburne Archers Club and Moorabbin Archers Club are working with headspace to host a fundraising charity shoot to raise funds for youth and mental health engagement programs at headspace.

This is a fun shoot, so all skill levels are welcome, from those that are brand new to archery to those who are experienced archers.

All equipment hire is donated for the event so there is no charge if you need to use club equipment.
