Anyone who can influence people is a leader, no matter how junior or young they are. But how can students approach this intentionally and with confidence? How can we try to influence people authentically and without being pushy? How can people who don’t think they are a leader still have influence and help the world be a better place? This workshop will focus on understanding authentic leadership and how we can best help people when we understand our own motivations and seek to broaden our team.
