Stressed out about exams and the uni study load? Mindfulness can be a great way to relieve your stress and re-centre yourself.
This series explores a different area of mindfulness each week and how it can be incorporated into your daily life.
The sessions will include an introduction to mindfulness, a brief practice session and some time for reflection and questions. Each session will conclude with a takeaway challenge for continuing the practice throughout the week. The sessions aim to foster an inclusive environment of learning with a beginners in mind and cultivating kindness from guided inquiry.
The four-week series starts Friday May 19, 1 pm - 1.30 pm and continues each Friday until June 9.
