Lead Yourself: Key Dimensions of Self-care
Remember: To lead others you first must manage yourself. Don’t miss this amazing opportunity to be coached by the best!
Associate Professor Narelle Lemon, Associate Dean of Swinburne’s School of Social Sciences, Media, Film and Education will deliver this session on resilience, mindfulness and self-compassion.
If that isn’t impressive enough, she’s also series editor of Wellbeing and Self-care in Higher Education, executive member and Chair of the national board of Action for Happiness Australia and has worked with the Creative Women’s Circle, a national non-for-profit organisation that supports creative women in their business and entrepreneurial endeavours!
This session isn’t like any other self-care workshop you’ve seen before, Narelle will go through:
- The five possible dimensions of self-care
- How self-kindness can help you make better decisions day-to-day
- Build your positive psychology to care for yourself in new and different ways
Narelle believes that by connecting into the mindful practices of being self-aware, self-managed, grateful, non-judgemental and curious we can flourish as individuals, leaders, and within our teams.
Remember: To lead other you first must manage yourself. Don’t miss this amazing opportunity to be coached by the best!
