CLUB COLLABORATION OF THE YEAR AWARD APPLICATION 2022

When clubs join together, the impact made on the Swinburne community is compounded. The Club Collaboration of the Year Award recognised multiple clubs for joining together to create something truly special for the Swinburne community.

The Swinburne Student Life Awards recognise top contributions to the community from our students. If you are a club registered with Student Life that has done something pretty spectacular this year for the Swinburne student community, then you can apply to be considered for the Club Collaboration of the Year Award.

Rewards: 

•    $500 club funding
•    A digital certificate and email signature
•    Get celebrated at a formal Gala Night
•    Networking opportunity with Swinburne's top leaders at the Gala Night

•    Clubs who are registered with Student Life in 2022
•    Applications must be submitted by a registered club committee member
•    If the collaboration involves more than one club, one application should be submitted jointly and any prize will be shared amongst all clubs named in the winning application.
•    Please list all committee members who have contributed to this application. Completed applications that achieve a minimum score of 6 out of 10 will be eligible for an Emerging Leader certificate.

This will be used as a guide by the Swinburne Student Life Awards Panel to give each application a total score out of 12.
Please note:
•    1 mark will be deducted per Criteria Response that exceeds the word limit.
•    Criteria Responses must not copy, or use, content from previous applications. This would make the response “Not Achieved”.
•    Criteria Responses marked as ‘Not Achieved” or missing compliance documentation deems the application ineligible for further consideration.  
•    In the event of multiple high scoring applications, the award decision is at the discretion of the Student Life Awards Panel.
•    You may be eligible for the Emerging Leader Campus Participation certificate. To gain automatic recognition for the Emerging Leader Campus Participation certificate (with the skill, Able to tackle unfamiliar problems), your application will need to achieve a score of at least 6 out of 10. Each Club Committee member must have input on this award application.
