Weekly Training sessions where members will learn the fundamentals of parkour and freerunning in a safe and methodical way under the guidance of an experienced parkour coach.

Weekly Training sessions held on campus, in the training room in the George building (when permitted and booked) and in adjacent parks.

Members will learn the fundamentals of parkour and freerunning in a safe and methodical way under the guidance of an experienced parkour coach.
Skills such as jumping, landing, vaulting and flow will be taught along with strength and conditioning exercises.
