Taekwondo is a traditional Korean martial art. However, at Swinburne we place greater focus on Taekwondo as a modern martial sport. Through careful guidance from our qualified 4th Dan instructor (25 years experience), members will develop skills in the art of kicking and competition sparring. Practising Taekwondo will improve your overall fitness - strength, co-ordination, flexibility, speed and endurance. It is also a great way to meet new people and have a bit of fun while doing it!
