In this workshop, you will learn a 6-Stage Event Management process to apply to your large events to ensure they come in on-time, within budget and with high attendance/satisfaction, both online and in-person.

Other skills you will learn include:
- Applying Gannt charts to break down planning & assign responsibility
- Measuring progress & setting event goals
- All content will be relevant to both in-person events and online events in a digital environment.
