Event details

Spiritual wellbeing is a state in which a person has a sense of meaning and purpose, feels connected to something bigger than themselves and is able to act in line with their values. As an aspect of overall wellbeing, spiritual wellbeing can support you in your studies. Each week we look at an aspect of spiritual wellbeing and a technique for cultivating that area of wellbeing. All are welcome.
