Mindfulness is an excellent way to take your mind off stress and studying and free up your mind for better learning, creativity and expression. 

Come and join mindfulness sessions online with our qualified mindfulness expert! We will take you through different facets of mindfulness and how to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life. 

Classes run Fridays during semester, limited spots are available.
