Think about what makes your club unique! Do your members have amazing skills they can demonstrate? Can students try your activity? Can you display things you've made or constructed? Let us know your fun stall ideas to see if we can help fund it - we want to see your ideas get off the ground! We can't guarantee funding for every club stall, so make sure your idea is totally unique for the best possible chance.

Please be detailed in your description so we can do our best in accommodating your Club's event needs.

Please note power access is very limited and cannot be guaranteed. We recommend you plan ahead - ensure laptops are fully charged and you have a spare power bank.

i. Stall applications are to be approved by a Clubs Officer. Your club will be contacted in the new year either via email, newsletter or canvas for follow up and more information.

ii. Clubs who have been allocated a stall are responsible for:

          - Keeping their stall and surrounding area clean and damage-free

          - Ensuring all club members demonstrate Swinburne behaviours at all times

iii. Clubs who are no longer able to attend their stall are to notify the Clubs team with a minimum of 72h notice. Clubs who fail to give notice will be charged a no-show fee of $50 per day, directly debited from the club's account.

iv. Only fully registered clubs will be allocated a stall. Clubs who fail re-registration will not be allocated a stall.

v. Clubs who are allocated a stall and fail to abide to the above T&C's may receive a breach notice.
